Madeleines, Financiers and other delicious confections are baked in our certified home kitchen. To ensure maximum freshness, all of our mini cakes are made to order. These cute pastries need one full day of rest to develop their exquisite flavors before moving to the oven. Place your order before Tuesday and you'll be advised to pick up on Thursday evening or Friday morning. Order now

We can make deliveries under certain conditions:

When can I pick up my order?

Once your confections are ready, we'll confirm the appointment with you. Obviously, your delicious cakes should be picked up within 24 hours from baking to ensure the best experience. We understand that things can happen, so if you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. All confections are made just for you, all sales are final.

Can I return my order and/or obtain a refund?

All confections are made to order and all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely happy with your experience, please contact us as soon as possible if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.

What ingredients do you use to make the pastries?

A limited list of carefully selected ingredients enters the confection of L.A Gourmande's pastries. All of them very well known:

• Organic unbleached flour
• Free range organic eggs
• Butter and milk
• Baking powder (no aluminium)
• Sugar (but not too much)

and according to flavor: vanilla, organic lemon, organic orange, almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. Most ingredients are sourced locally, sometimes even in my garden.
